CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Kristin Zandstra, Secretary at 6:32pm.
ESTABLISHMENT OF A QUORUM
There is a quorum of three (3) Board members present.
ACTION ITEM #1: APPROVE MINUTES
Jerry made a motion to approve the minutes from the February 9, 2016 Board of Directors
meeting as presented. This was seconded by Kristin Zandstra. The motion passed unanimously.
TREASURER'S REPORT
Cherie Murphy-Schmidt, Property Manager gave the Treasurer's Report. As of July 30, 2016 the Association has $209,287.88 in its operating account and $137,820.97 in its reserve account for a total of $341,108.85. The bank loan balance is $179,417.
ACTION ITEM #2: APPROVE 2015 Draft Audit
Kristin Zandstra made a motion to accept the 2015 audited financial statements prepared by Picker & Associates. This was seconded by Jerry Massa. The motion passed unanimously.
MEETING ADJOURNMENT
Kristin Zandstra made a motion that the meeting be adjourned at 6:35pm. This was seconded by Jerry Massa. The motion was passed unanimously.
