CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Harry O'Hallaran, President at 6:34pm.

ESTABLISHMENT OF A QUORUM
There is a quorum of four (4) Board members present.

ACTION ITEM #1: APPROVE MINUTES

Harry O'Hallaran made a motion to approve the minutes from the December 3, 2015 Board of Directors meeting as presented. This was seconded by Katie O'Neill. The motion passed unanimously.

TREASURER'S REPORT

Cherie Murphy-Schmidt, Property Manager gave the Treasurer's Report. As of December 31, 2015 the Association has $147,340.65 in its operating account and $175,718.02 in its reserve account for a total of $234,133.50. The bank loan balance is $222,961.

ACTION ITEM #2: APPROVE 2016 INSURANCE CONTRACT

Harry O'Hallaran made a motion to accept the 2016 insurance proposal from Admiral presented by Mesirow Insurance. This was seconded by Jerry Massa. The motion passed unanimously.

MEETING ADJOURNMENT

Harry O'Hallaran made a motion that the meeting be adjourned at 6:39pm. This was seconded by Jerry Massa. The motion was passed unanimously.
