The annual meeting was called to order by Katie O'Neill, Board President at 6:33 pm. Board Members in attendance:

Daina Gjemre, Vice President
Lance Parker, Treasurer
Kristin Zandstra, Secretary
Andrew Jatico, Director

Also in attendance was Cherie Schmidt, Property Manager and Michelle Kamenjarin, Property Supervisor from DK Condo.

Quorum was certified at 32.41% of owners present or voting by proxy.

A motion was made by Katie O’Neill, to approve annual meeting minutes dated December 11, 2018. The motion was seconded by Jerry Massa and unanimously approved.

The following candidates were introduced running for the three open Board positions:

Del Cahill
Daina Gjemre
Andrew Jatico
Deena Lawrence

Nominations were requested from the floor and there were none. The Nominations were closed.

Voting took place.
Voting Closed.

The 4 candidates received the following percentage of the votes:

Del Cahill               32.31%
Daina Gjemre      21.97%
Andrew Jatico      24.99%
Deena Lawrence  6.57%

Lance Parker made a motion to accept the election of Del Cahill, Daina Gjemre, and Andrew Jatico. This was seconded by Katie O’Neill and unanimously approved.
